At KEWYA, every piece is carefully checked before shipping. Due to the nature of jewelery and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a store credit (as per your preference).

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
By using this site, you agree that any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the local courts in India. KEWYA also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for misuse or violation of our terms. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of our website.
